ARENA MEMBERS

Please go to 2021 MIAMA Renewal Page and get your membership renewed today.
You will need to log-in to your account or create an account before renewing.
You can choose from two forms of payment; one is via Credit Card using PayPal, secondly is by choosing to pay later via check. If you use the check method, you will receive an email with your invoice attached.
PLEASE provide all your information in the fields so our records stay current and up to date. Have your staff login into the website as well and also update their information. This is the only system MIAMA uses to get our information out to the membership.

VENDOR MEMBERS

Due to COVID-19, MIAMA is waiving the 2021 Vendor Member fees for all 2020 MIAMA Vendor Members.
If your company would like to upgrade your membership, here is the 2021 MIAMA Vendor Member Sponsorship Program Flyer.

If you would like to upgrade, please contact Dean Mulso at dmulso@miama.org
If you were signed up as a Full, Social or Marketing Vendor Member Sponsor in 2020, all of the items listed on the flyer for your membership level will be taken care of for your company. You will not need to sign up for the Spring Workshop or Fall Conference Trade Shows (lodging will be the companies responsibility to book) as Dean will take care of that for you if you choose a Membership package.
Dean will contact companies for attendees for trade show booth name badges and your companies latest logo.

New to the Ice Arena Industry?

Please check out the

MIAMA Mentorship Program

As discussed at the 2019 MIAMA Fall Conference, MIAMA has introduced a mentorship program within MIAMA.
We currently have 1 mentor in Southern Minnesota available and 1 Metro Area individual looking for a mentor. Please contact Dean Mulso at dmulso@miama.org if your available for either position.
The purpose of the MIAMA mentorship program is to connect industry employees that may want guidance or need help in areas that they may feel deficient or lack in confidence.MIAMA would like to extend an invite to all MIAMA members to be part of the program.
  • “Mentors” will provide information and experiences that they have with a person that they have been set up with. While there will be no exact outline to follow, we would anticipate some topics that mentors will cover to include;
    • Facility operations topics such as, Budgets, Software/Scheduling, Operations, Maintenance.
    • Interpersonal topics such as, Public Relations, Dealing with City Councils and Boards, Dealing with Bosses and coworkers, Dealing with Contractors
    • As your relationship develops with your “student” you will work your own
      processes based on the “students” questions.
  • “Students” will be able to connect with professionals in the industry to help guide them through the different aspects of the job that they may need some help with. While there will be no exact outline to follow, we would anticipate some topics that “students’ will want help from their Mentors are;
    • Facility operations topics such as, Budgets, Software/Scheduling, Operations, Maintenance.
    • Interpersonal topics such as, Public Relations, Dealing with City Councils and Boards, Dealing with Bosses and coworkers, Dealing with Contractors.
    • As your relationship develops with your Mentor, you will work through your own processes based on the questions and needs you have. This program is not intended to replace facility specific procedures. The intention is to offer the students a different perspective and alternative resources to advance their industry knowledge and career path options.
  • We also want the “Students” to communicate with their supervisor that they would like to participate in the program. The goal of the program is to help people and not cause any conflict between “Students” and their supervisors.
